Palette CAD integrates pCon.catalog

Direct access to manufacturer data from over 700 suppliers for professional interior design.

Palette CAD is expanding its planning software with a new integration with pCon.catalog. This gives users direct access to extensive product catalogues from more than 700 furniture and interior furnishing suppliers – seamlessly integrated into their planning workflow.

The new integration makes everyday planning much more efficient, particularly for interior architects, interior designers and professional space planners. Manufacturer data can be accessed directly in Palette CAD while working on a project and added straight to the design. This makes it easier to respond precisely to individual customer requirements and create realistic interior concepts from an early stage.

pCon.catalog provides access to a wide range of well-known manufacturers, particularly in the fields of office and contract furniture, home furnishings and interior design. Many of the available products can be configured and, once imported into Palette CAD, adapted to suit individual project requirements. This gives planners access to up-to-date manufacturer data while retaining the flexibility they need to create bespoke interior concepts.

The integration provides a seamless workflow from the initial idea through to the professional customer presentation. All relevant product data is available from the design stage onwards and can be used directly to create high-quality 3D visualisations and virtual walkthroughs. This allows customers to get a realistic impression of their future space at an early stage and gives them a reliable basis for making decisions.

“With the integration of pCon.catalog, we are creating real added value for our users. Having direct access to up-to-date manufacturer catalogues for interior furnishings within Palette CAD ensures a seamless planning process without the need to switch between different systems. At the same time, our customers retain maximum flexibility when bringing individual design ideas to life and can plan their projects even more efficiently and accurately,” explains Frank Kobs, Chief Technology Officer at Palette CAD.

EasternGraphics also sees the new integration as an important step towards more modern planning workflows.

“The integration of Palette CAD and pCon.catalog brings together high-quality 3D models from well-known manufacturers with powerful 3D planning tools in a single working environment. This gives users a clear advantage: they can develop their creative concepts seamlessly and plan efficiently, flexibly and with their customers’ needs in mind,” says Gabriel Bieber, CSO at EasternGraphics.

Access to the freely available catalogues in pCon.catalog is free of charge and does not require registration. To access the B2B catalogues, users need to register with pCon.login and obtain approval from the respective manufacturer. The B2B catalogues include additional product information such as pricing, certificates, brochures and product images. Access to these enhanced B2B features is available as a paid service.

The new integration is available with Palette CAD version 10.50 and gives users direct access to high-quality manufacturer data within the planning software. This creates a seamless digital planning workflow that combines creative freedom, reliable product data and powerful presentation tools in a single solution.
